Symptom Queries: Anonymized symptom descriptions submitted to our AI Triage assistant to match you with appropriate medical specialties.

Routing booking requests directly to the selected doctor's chamber and sending confirmation reminders.

Direct Chamber Routing

Enabling direct WhatsApp communication between patients and doctor chambers when opted in.

Digital Records Continuity

Allowing patients to access their past prescriptions and consultation summaries in their secure dashboard.

Platform Safety & BMDC Vetting

Verifying medical practitioner licenses to prevent fraudulent listings and protect patients.

Passwords and authorization tokens are hashed using bcrypt.

Our AI Symptom Triage processes symptom inputs transiently to infer specialties and does not store identifiable personal medical histories for AI model retraining.
